In the apartments, cooling and heating are provided by ceiling cooling-heating panels, the performance of which is ensured by the heat pump located on the closing floor. The system uses renewable energy and, thanks to the large heat radiation technology emitted from the ceiling, provides uniform cooling and heating, which increases the thermal comfort of the apartments. Unlike previous cooling-heating systems directed to one area, due to the uniform heat release, colder or hotter spots do not develop in the apartment. Neither radiators nor air conditioning units are installed in the rooms, so the rooms are easier to furnish and the facade of the house is not burdened by the external air conditioning units. The thermostat is controlled via a smart home system, which is installed in every apartment. With this smart system, we can even set the desired temperature of our apartment remotely using our mobile phone.
